In order to use the rigid endoscope correctly, it is necessary to understand its structure. At present, the products of various rigid tube endoscope manufacturers in the world have different optical paths and different appearances, but their basic structures are the same: they are composed of working mirror tube part, structural part, eye mask part, and optical cable interface part. The main part of the structure, the eyecup part, and the optical cable interface part are generally not easily damaged except for severe bumps. The most easily damaged part is the working mirror tube part. Take the φ4mm hard tube endoscope as an example: the working mirror tube is mainly composed of four parts: the outer mirror tube, the endoscope tube, the optical lens, and the optical fiber. The optical lens is placed in the inner mirror tube to form an optical system, and the optical fiber is placed between the inner and outer mirror tubes for lighting. The outer mirror tube is a 0.1mm thick φ4mm stainless steel tube, which will deform when bumped or squeezed. Most of the optical lenses are glass columns with a length of φ2.8mm and a length of about 25mm. If they are slightly bumped and squeezed, they will crack, collapse or shift the optical axis. Our common endoscopes have blurred vision and black edges. reason. The optical fiber is made of extremely thin optical glass, and more than 1500 pieces of a φ4mm speculum should be installed. The external force in the outer mirror tube will cause the broken wire, which will affect the illuminance. Most of the connections of hard tube endoscopes are glued with epoxy resin, and the quality of the glue and the packaging technology also affect the service life of the endoscope. Although the rigid endoscope is delicate, as long as it can be used and maintained correctly, it will not be damaged.
